- 12 Scallops
- 1/2 glass of truffle balsamic vinegar
- 25 cl of fresh cream
1- Heat the pan and melt the butter.
2- Add the scallops there sear on each side. Reserve them on plate.
3- Deglaze the frying pan with the tuffle vinegar and reduce.
4- Add the cream to the vinegar and season to your taste, reduce again.
5- Pour the contents of the frying pan on the scallops and serve on plate.
Tips and Variations:
- The scallops can also be cooked with some shallots or mushrooms according to your taste.
