“Mayonnaise with truffle oil is an easy and rich condiment with endless uses”

- 50ml of white or black truffle oil
- 50ml of olive oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tea spoon of Dijon mustard
- salt and peper
1- Mix the egg yolk and the mustard with a whisk.
2- Add slowly the olive oil then the truffle oil while you are mixing.
3- Mix until you obtain a creamy mayonnaise.
Use an electric beater to help you out mixing.
