“The easiest way to cook the porcini mushroom cream and get the most of the flavor “

- 400g spaghetti
- 30g butter
- 3 or 4 tea spoons of porcini mushroom cream
- 2 table spoons of fresh cream
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Parmesan cheese
1- Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water (follow the instruction on the packet)
2- Meanwhile melt butter in a large sauce pan with porcini mushroom cream and the fresh cream. Bring the sauce to boil. Reduce heat to low stirring occasionally until sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper
3- Drain the spaghetti, reserving ½ cup of cooking water and toss them in the pan with the sauce over medium it. Add the reserved cooking water if pasta is dry.
4- Serve with parsley and parmesan cheese on top.
