“Beef eye fillet with black truffle cream is a real delicacy for all meat lovers.”

INGREDIENTS
- 4 small mushrooms
- 100ml of thickened cream
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fresh chopped parsley
- 200g of beef eye fillet
- Truffle oil (optional)
- 1 table spoon of black truffle paste
Optional:
INSTRUCTIONS :
1- Wash and cut the mushrooms in thin slices.
2- On a hot pan, add olive oil and fry the crushed garlic cloves for a minute, then add the mushrooms and cook for about 10 minutes until they are ready.
3- Season with salt, pepper and some fresh finely chopped parsley. Optionally you can drizzle some truffle oil on top.
For the black truffle cream:
1- Pour into a small pot the thickened cream and bring to a boil.
2- Add the black truffle paste and cook until the cream slightly reduces.
3- In the meantime, on a very hot pan cook the eye fillet as you prefer.
4- Place the cooked meat into a plate with the previously cooked mushrooms and pour the black truffle sauce on the meat.
You can optionally slice some fresh or preserve truffles on top.
