“Fresh Black Truffle omelette: a brilliant classic”

1- Cracks the eggs in a bowl and add the truffle oil.
2- Quickly mix the eggs and the truffle oil with the help of a whisk or a fork, making sure the two are well combined together.
3- Season with some salt and pepper to your taste and add 3/4 of the fresh truffle thinly sliced. Stir well again.
4- Put a non-stick pan on a medium heat until is quite warm. Then add a little of oil or butter to coat it.
5- Pour the previously prepared mixture into the pan and leave it at medium heat until it’s cooked.
6- Move the omelette in a warm plate and slice the rest of the fresh black truffle on top.
