“A classic nothern italian dish for an authentic dinner”

Ingredients:
- 250 g of corn polenta
- 750 ml of milk
- 500 ml of water
- Butter
- 150 g of fresh cream
- 25g of fresh truffles slices soaking in olive oil
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS :
1- Slice 25g of fresh truffles and soak it in olive oil
2- Boil the water and milk together. Add salt.
3- Add the polenta and mix with a wooden spoon.
4- Lower the fire and continue to stir for 5 min.
5- Add a bit of butter and mix. Add the fresh cream while mixing.
6- Continue mixing and add the contents of the glass of truffles.
7- Pepper slightly, then serve immediately.
Tips and Variations:
- Serve very hot.
- Add some truffle oil for a stronger taste.
- Excellent side dish for white pudding.
