“A creamy potatoes soup with the delicate white truffle”

INGREDIENTS
- 4 large potatoes
- 400 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbl spoon of olive oil
- 50ml fresh cream
- 10g of white truffle paste
- 10 g of fresh white truffle
- Croutons
- Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS :
1- Peel the potatoes, cut them into little pieces and cook in salted water for 10 minutes then drain.
2- In a pot, add the oil, the potatoes with the broth, salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes, remove from heat and blend well slowly.
3- Add the fresh cream and the white truffle paste stirring well to mix everything.
4- Serve the soup in a bowl with toasted croutons and sliced truffle on top.
