Spaghetti with Porcini mushroom Cream Sauce

“The easiest way to cook the porcini mushroom cream and get the most of the flavor”

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 30g butter
  • 3 or 4 teaspoons of porcini mushroom cream
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Parmesan cheese


1- Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water (follow the instruction on the packet)

2- Meanwhile melt butter in a large saucepan with porcini mushroom cream and the fresh cream. Bring the sauce to boil. Reduce heat to low stirring occasionally until sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper

3- Drain the spaghetti, reserving ½ cup of cooking water and toss them in the pan with the sauce over medium it. Add the reserved cooking water if pasta is dry.

4-  Serve with parsley and parmesan cheese on top.
